Jon Flaming Studio Tour

Every January is filled with the anticipation and excitement of starting over - shutting the books on last year and looking ahead to what's next. - I am thankful for many things as I prepare for a new year of work; my faith, my family & friends, and my collectors & clients who have also become friends. Thank you for supporting my work and my family over the past 22 years - I appreciate each one of you very much! - Here's a quick look at my busy studio and a few things that influence my art. - New work coming soon! -

The Oxford American Southern Music Issue

The Oxford American magazine asked to use a painting I did of Prince Albert Hunt for a story they did on the western swing musician in their southern music issue. - The story is by Christopher C. King who investigates a murder in Deep Ellum in 1931. - Great piece! - check it out if you get the chance. -
